What a scheduled inspection is designed to identify.

Exterior, interior condition, roof, walls/ceilings, doors/windows, kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical observations, water supply, security, garden, appliances/furniture, visible leakage, pest indicators, damage and maintenance recommendations.

Scope limitation: an inspection identifies visible conditions and potential maintenance issues. It is not a structural, engineering, valuation or specialist technical inspection unless separately commissioned.
