Scheduled inspections and agreed coordination activities are carried out, with significant issues communicated to the owner.
Maintenance Approval
Where repairs are needed, quotations can be coordinated and owner approval obtained before non-emergency work outside the agreed authority.
Reports & Review
Digital inspection reports, property status reports or owner statements are provided according to the selected package. The arrangement can be reviewed as needs change.
